Examples of psimpoll output

Two diagrams generated by psimpoll are included to show something of the range of output available. The program output is PostScript images. These have been converted into the GIF images by using ghostscript and pbmplus utilities for conversion between graphics formats.
  1. Pollen diagram from Dallican Water, Shetland
  2. Molluscan diagram from Courteenhall A, Northamptonshire, produced by Rich Meyrick (e-mail: ram23@cus.cam.ac.uk).
The PostScript file should be viewed in landscape orientation: ghostview (unix) and GSView (MS-DOS Windows) can do this, but the current release of GS View for Apple Mac cannot (yet).
