P read from script fileSelecting this option, in association with menu K, reads the details of a previous run of interactive plotting from a .SCR file, including any changes of taxa names. The .SCR file is specific for a particular input file and is saved on the same disc(ette). If the file cannot be found, then the option is switched off, and a .SCR file is written instead. A .SCR file is written by default for each interactive run of psimpoll, so you must use the usual file manipulation tools if you wish to protect a .SCR file from overwriting. The .SCR file is text, and can be altered with an editor: see the example. After this option has been selected, the plotting part of the program runs without further attention from the user, but the screen updates in the same way.
