Defaults based on the input file name are used (here based on an input file called a:\dallb).
File names given under Eb, Ec, Eh and Ei are only used if appropriate options are requested in menus L, M, and J.
File names given must be legal under the operating system you are using (DOS, UNIX, whatever). If the input files cannot be found, the program will continue without using them. If output files already exist, they will be overwritten with new data.
For Ea, when using a PC connected to a LaserWriter, the main output file name may be given as COM1, which causes output to be directed straight to the printer.
