Manual for psimpoll and pscomb
Menu
Enables the addition of a timescale next to a depth scale. The
time-scale is obtained via the age models set elsewhere in menu L. Timescales
are obtained by an iterative process for all age models except linear
interpolation, and may be slow (especially with the Bernshtein polynomial).
During calculation, numbers are printed to the screen to indicate progress,
counting up towards the number of tick marks on the scale. This option
and the plotting of diagrams by age (menu La)
are mutually incompatible:
setting one of them on will cause the other to be turned off. However,
a separate age-depth plot will be produced, displaying the model used to
determine the timescale.
This option toggles between `off' and `on'.
