Manual for psimpoll and pscomb

pscomb menus

A main menu appears immediately after running pscomb, with no intermediary prompts. This menu, and associated submenus, are based on those used by psimpoll, and wherever possible have the same key letters. Fewer options are available in pscomb because most of the work of preparing datasets for output has already been done by psimpoll. In all menus, the term `box' refers to a distinct unit of PostScript code, and may be any of age or depth axes, sediment columns, radiocarbon age columns, zonation columns, or plots of individual taxa. pscomb selects `boxes' from psimpoll output, and allows the user to pick and mix them into a new PostScript file.
